Position: Human Resources Recruiter
Location: New York City
Company: International Law Firm
Comp Package: Base salary to $80K, Paid Overtime, Full Benefits Day One, Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K+, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate recruitment across multiple teams and projects by actively sourcing candidates for all the firm’s open roles
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to draft job descriptions and develop tailored recruitment strategies for various open positions
- Handle recruitment coordination by corresponding directly with candidates to schedule onsite, code tests and conduct first-round phone screens
- Act as a resource for new hires by providing an overview of benefits, conducting background checks, and coordinating first-day details with the hiring team and new employee
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related work experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Solid interviewing, recruiting and sourcing skills
- Proven problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
